Terms & Booking Conditions

These Terms & Booking Conditions apply to all bookings and purchases made with GlowSkin OÜ.
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, we will issue you an invoice for 50% of the service price.
- If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), we will issue you an invoice for the full price of the service.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days, via the payment link we provide or by bank transfer. Until an outstanding invoice is paid, you may be unable to make new online bookings.
2. Payment
- You can choose to pay online in advance via Stripe or in the salon after the service.
- For the service “Valin kohapeal”, only payment in the salon is available.
- All prices are final prices. GlowSkin OÜ is not registered for VAT.
3. Products purchased from our online shop
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer and buy physical products from our online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at lauriin@glowskinbeauty.ee before the 14-day period ends, stating your name, order reference, and the products concerned.
Hygiene exception for opened skincare and cosmetics
Skincare and cosmetic products are supplied sealed for health and hygiene reasons. If you unseal or open such a product after delivery, it can no longer be returned, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to that product. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within the 14-day period. This means that if you order several units and open some of them, only the unopened, sealed units can be returned.
Condition and return
Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products, unless the product was faulty or sent in error. Please return products within 14 days of notifying us, keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the returned products within 14 days of receiving them back (or receiving proof that you have returned them), using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Faulty or incorrect products
The right of withdrawal is separate from your legal guarantee. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of whether it has been opened, under the statutory conformity guarantee (up to 2 years). 4. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards can be used for services and products at GlowSkin Beauty.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients. The full price of the service will still apply.
6. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or contraindications before your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe.
7. Liability
GlowSkin OÜ is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice or from undisclosed health conditions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Booking Conditions. The current version is always available on our website.
